Abstract

Abstract: 

The main objective of this study was to know the effect of marketing tourism service electronically on the competitiveness of tourism agencies.

     A random sample consisting of a group of individuals working in the tourism agencies in Algiers will be studied by means of a questionnaire designed for this purpose.

تمثل الهدف الأساسي لهذه الدراسة في معرفة أثر تسويق الخدمة السياحية إلكترونيا على تنافسية الوكالات السياحية، حيث أن تسويق الخدمة السياحية يعتمد بشكل كبير على وسائل الاتصال الحديثة واستخدام شبكة الإنترنت في التعاملات بين المؤسسات السياحية لما يحققه من ميزة تنافسية.

وستتم دراسة ميدانية لعينة عشوائية مكونة من مجموعة الأفراد العاملين بالوكالات السياحية بولاية الجزائر العاصمة عن طريق استبانة يتم تصميمها لهذه الغاية، كما سيتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (spss) لتفريغ وتحليل الاستبيان.

L’objectif principal de cette étude est de connaitre l’effet de Le marketing du service touristique électroniquement sur la concurrence des agences touristiques, qui dépend en grande partie des moyens de communication modernes et l’utilisation de l’Internet dans les transactions entre les institutions touristiques pour son avantage concurrentiel.

     Une étude d’un échantillon aléatoire qui se compose du groupe de personnes travaillant dans des agences touristiques de la wilaya d’Alger a été interrogé au moyen d’un questionnaire conçu à cette raison.

     Aussi, l’utilisation d’un programmé d’analysé statistique (spss).
